About the Program

Rock Steady Boxing  is a non-contact boxing-inspired fitness program that is designed to attack Parkinson’s Disease at its neurological weakpoints.

Rock Steady Boxing at SCS Lima is just one affiliate out of 800+ Rock Steady Boxing affiliates. Rock Steady Boxing is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to fighting back against Parkinson’s Disease.
