Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing-inspired fitness program that is designed to attack Parkinson’s Disease at its neurological weakpoints.

Rock Steady Boxing at SCS Lima is just one affiliate out of 800+ Rock Steady Boxing affiliates. Rock Steady Boxing is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to fighting back against Parkinson’s Disease.
Parkinson’s Disease is a chronic progressive neurological disorder that affects the brain-body connection. Motor skills, balance, speech, mobility, and much more can all be affected by Parkinson’s Disease.
Research has proven that high-intensity exercise like Rock Steady Boxing can help fight against the symptoms of Parkinson’s. A Rock Steady Boxing class includes non-contact boxing, strength, cardio, balance exercises and much more.
Rock Steady Boxing at SCS Lima serves participants of at all ages and stages of the disease.
