Itinerary

DAY 1: Fly non-stop Windsor Ontario to Calgary and begin one of the most scenic tours in North America.  The tour combines several national parks and the stunning beauty of America’s West.  Waterton Lakes National Park is an extension of the Canadian Rockies and is truly a spectacular part of the world.  Yellowstone is America’s first and largest national park.  Grand Teton National Park is the “Mountains of the Imagination”, with its signature skyline, lush green valleys, sparling lakes and majestic peaks.  Combine all this, plus Jackson Hole, WY and you will have a spectacular vacation.  Upon arrival in Calgary, we’ll meet our coach driver and continue [160 miles] to Waterton lakes, Alberta, our home for [3] nights.  Waterton Lakes National Park is internationally known as one of the most beautiful destinations in the Canadian Rockies.  Lodging at the Bayshore Inn Resort located right on the shores of spectacular Waterton Lake. Day 2: Spend the day exploring Glacier National Park and the Going-to-the-Sun Highway.  Set in a rugged section of the Northern Rockies, Glacier Park is an unspoiled domain of alpine scenery, deep valets, glacier peaks and cascading waterfalls.  The Going-to-the-Sun Highway has been described as North America’s Most Spectacular Drive.  Special Red Jammer vehicles take us along this route.  Lunch is included.

Day 3: A boat cruise on Waterton Lake highlights our morning.  Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Canadian Rockies, this is one of America’s most scenic cruises.  The afternoon and evening are at your leisure.  Our hotel is steps away from a very popular downtown area with specialty shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and pubs.

Day 4: Today is a travel day to West Yellowstone.  Lodging for (2) nights at the 3-star, full-service Holiday Inn West Yellowstone.

Day 5:  There are certainly many unique places on earth, but perhaps none more unique than Yellowstone National Park, America’s first national park.  An all-day sightseeing tour features towering mountains, sparkling lakes, massive waterfalls, hot springs, and of course, Old Faithful, the park’s most recognizable feature.  Dinner is included.

Day 6: Grand Teton national Park features one of the most magnificent mountain ranges in the world, with eight peaks over 12,000 feet.  Among the granite peaks enjoy a stunning boat cruise on Jackson Lake with a box lunch.  Enjoy panoramic views of the incredible Grand Teton Mountains. Arrive Mid-afternoon  in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Nestled between the Gros Ventre and Teton mountain ranges, and bisected by the Snake River, Jackson Hole is an authentic, spirited, and distinctive Western Mountain town surrounded by some of America’s most breathtaking scenery.  Lodging: Elks Country Inn [www.townsquareinns.com] 

Day 7: Continue to Salt Lake City for our last overnight.  Dinner is included.  Lodging: Hampton Inn Downtown
